In the village Mayaak the team was able to give every child that was suffering from malnutrition a 2-3 week supply of Unimix food supplement.

Malnutrition in those two villages was wide spread, affecting approximately 60% of the children. Fortunately, the team had enough Unimix to give to those in need.

However, in Damien Gazien the team ran out of Unimix and Dr. Kelley had to select those that were most needy to get the last bags of supplement.

In summary, during our 8 days, we immunized 1550 children for four diseases, treated 500 people, and helped to start the reversal of starvation for about 500 children.
